Lion-Vallen Industries (LVI)
Lion-Vallen Industries (LVI), an operating unit of LION, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, has a proven history managing integrated logistics and supply chain services programs, and has been recognized and awarded for its performance by both Government and commercial clients for high fill rates, rapid delivery/response, product quality and innovation, systems capability, surge performance, and cost savings initiatives. An overview of a selection of relevant current contracts follows.
- Supporting the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Consolidated Storage Program, LVI currently operates 17 facilities (CONUS and OCONUS). LVI conducts issue, recovery, storage, repair, and accountability management of individual combat equipment (ICE). LVI is financially accountable for $1B in clothing and equipment and provides the Marine Corps with total asset visibility of all items across the entire USMC enterprise.
- LVI is the US Army Third Party Logistics (3PL) Provider for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support), located in Philadelphia, PA. LVI manages in excess of $225M in clothing and equipment. From our locations in Pendergrass, GA and Columbia, SC, LVI ships over $800M of inventory to both CONUS and OCONUS locations in direct support of the Warfighter.
- LVI fits, sews, kits, and delivers Sailor specific uniform and combat equipment in support of Individual Augmentee (IA) and brown water sailor deployment for the US Navy via The Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). LVI manages over $25M of inventory at four locations (Suffolk, VA, Williamsburg, VA, Gulfport, MS, and San Diego, CA) supporting the deployment of 25,000 Sailors annually.
LVI supports these efforts with over 150 full time employees that occupy all facets of our operation from program managers and systems analysts to warehouse personnel. Together, these contracts ensure that over 500,000 Active Duty Military, Reserve and National Guard troops have their full complement of Individual Clothing and Combat Equipment.

Booz Allen Hamilton provides professional services primarily to US government agencies in the defense, security, and civil sectors, as well as to corporations, institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. The company provides a range of services in strategy, operations, organization and change, information technology, systems engineering, and program management. Its services include acquisition and program management services, assurance and resilience, cyber consulting, economic and business analysis, information technology consulting, intelligence and operations analysis, modeling and simulation, organization and strategy, scientific innovation, supply chain and logistics management, and systems integration and management. The company was founded in 1914 and is headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
Ganuch, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) that began as an S-Corporation in Tyrone, Georgia in 2003, and has matured into a dedicated e-solution company providing commercial, government and teaming partners with quality Information Technology (IT) and Logistic Systems Support, and the continuity of an in-place knowledgeable staff. Ganuch offers a wide range of IT support functions such as, but not limited to; Network Engineering and Management, Custom Application Development, Help Desk and Technical Support, Logistics Consulting, Program and Project Management, Application Support and Training and 24x7 Network Monitoring. Ganuch offers logistic expertise in analyzing logistical data for Command decision makers. They also provide analytical reports on equipment status, activities and readiness for various Commands. Their Logistics Consultants are recognized in the Army as leaders in Army equipment analysis and continuously support Command level decisions at many Army Commands (ACOMs). Ganuch employs industry leading consultants in support of the government and their corporate partners through Subject Matter Consulting, Material and Distribution management, STAMIS support and automation design, development and implementation.

AVPOL International (AIL), is an 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran (SDV), Woman, and Minority-Owned Small Business (MOSB and WOSB). AVPOL corporate headquarters is located in Memphis, TN, and was Incorporated in the State of Texas in 1997. AIL has field locations in Warner Robins, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; and Mound House, Nevada. AIL specializes in transforming your unique problems into solutions. AIL's success rests on its core strengths - engineering, logistics, financial management, contracts, and technical support services. AIL is positioned to deliver mission-oriented solutions and experienced personnel - whatever, whenever, and wherever the need. AIL was founded by military logistics personnel and has extensive experience in the entire spectrum of petroleum from production to product distribution. While our genesis was in petroleum services, we have continued to expand our business focus to include engineering and logistics support for both commercial and department of defense agencies. We have proven successful performance with multiple agencies, including the 573 Aircraft Sustainment Squadron at WR-ALC, GA; the Support Equipment Commodities Council at WR-ALC, GA; the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Office at Luke AFB, AZ; the Bureau of Reclamation in Yuma, AZ; Navy Depot Operations in Point Mugu, CA; and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
