Team LVI’s Task Order Quality Assurance Program (QAP) uses an ISO 9001:2008-compliant system as the foundation for implementing and continually improving a comprehensive program of control and metrics. It covers all aspects of the ISO principles, including: quality processes, policy, monitoring and measurement, documentation, reporting, reviews, performance metrics, continuous improvement, corrective action, and customer satisfaction. The plan applies a comprehensive network of traditional and modern management techniques, applications, and training tools including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, driven by our plan-do-check-act operating principle. Within our Quality Management System (QMS), we systematically measure gathered data against predetermined criteria (+/- tolerances) for acceptance as well as to identify and isolate weaknesses before they can develop into deficiencies. These real-time statistics play a critical role in unparalleled Task Order performance and value process improvements.
