DAYTON, OH [November 1, 2024] – LION Safety Solutions, a business unit of LION Group, Inc., is excited to announce its acquisition of Northwest Safety Clean Inc., effective November 1, 2024. This acquisition marks LION TotalCare's entry into the Pacific Northwest, adding a new facility at 8320 S 208th St, Ste H111, Kent, WA 98032. It further strengthens LION TotalCare’s commitment to exceeding PPE care standards for fire departments and first responders across the country.

Through LION TotalCare’s acquisition of Northwest Safety Clean Inc., the combined expertise of both companies will continue to deliver trustworthy services that exceed customer expectations.
