The turnout gear we send out for repairs vary, some requiring minor adjustments and others are more labor intensive. In one instance, seven (7) sets of new turnout gear delivered to the department needing repairs to all sets. We wanted the gear repaired quickly and flawlessly. I requested a RUSH repair. The LION team responded immediately and assured me that the repairs requested would be completed in the requested time, all while meeting quality expectations. Throughout the time at the facility, I inquired about the status of the job and was provided a photo of the gear in process which reassured me that the repair was moving along. In the end, the job was completed timely and the department was happy.
