Joe Eiser

Joe joined LION in April 2023 and is responsible for all LION manufacturing.  Joe has over 20 years of experience in global manufacturing, supply chain, lean/process improvement, and overall operations management. He has worked for a variety of organizations & industries.

Prior to joining LION, Joe was the VP, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Gorilla Glue for four years. The company won the Redzone Productivity Plant of the Year in 2022 and were recognized as a Best Place to Work for several years running. Eiser started his career on the plant floor in roles such as Production Planner, Process Engineer and Production Supervisor before taking roles in Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership.

Joe holds a B.B.A., Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cincinnati. He also holds his yellow and green belt certifications in Lean Six Sigma and his Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). He has experience using the Oracle ERP Platform and other ERP's to run operations and global supply chain.

Joe lives in the Cincinnati area with his wife, Marcie and two sons, Daphne & Bram. He is active in the local community and his kids' youth sports, loves to grill out with family & friends, and plays golf often as well as part of his vacation travels.
