Jon May

Jon joined LION in September of 2016. Jon is a strategic and operational business leader with proven global HR/Talent leadership experiences across various industries including pharmacy operations, medical device, retail/wholesale distribution and durable goods manufacturing.

Before joining LION, Jon held the VP of HR position at Omnicare, a Fortune 500 company with over 160 locations, and 12,000 employees. Prior to this, he held senior level HR positions at Hill-Rom Company (Hillenbrand Industries), and Hagemeyer North America. Jon's experience with Human Resources, including Process Improvement, Change Management/Leadership, and Strategic Alignment with all business units will make HR a positive and proactive force within the LION organization.

Jon received his Master's in Human Resources Development and his MBA at Webster University. He also received his Bachelor's degree at College of Charleston, Charleston, SC. Jon also holds a PHR - Professional in Human Resources Certification.

Jon lives in the Cincinnati area with his wife Meredith. They have two sons.
