Mark Smith

As President of LION Americas, Mark is responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership of the Americas Business Unit. The Americas Business Unit consists of a broad and important group of businesses that are vital to the safety and readiness of all first responders – LION PPE, LION Uniforms, LION Training Products & Solutions and LION TotalCare.

Mark brings a unique perspective and diverse experience in leading the Americas as he has served in senior leadership roles in organizations that have deep experience in the law enforcement fire service, EMS and consumer industries. He has a demonstrated history of delivering business results while living LION’s core values: fostering customer intimacy, collaborating to deliver solutions and doing what we promise.

Mark received his MBA at Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Midway College. He attended the Executive Scholars program at Kellogg School of Management, completing the Sales & Marketing Management program.

Mark joined LION in 2014 and lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Tracy. Together, they share four children.
