Melissa Rowlett

Melissa joined LION in August of 2022. She is responsible for the finance and accounting departments for all LION groups including Canada, US and EMEA.

Before joining LION, she has worked in leadership roles across different industries in such organizations as Staco Energy Products (power conditioning systems), idX Corporation (retail store fixtures and environment project engineering company), Hobart Brothers Company (welding consumables) and Green Tokai Company (Japanese automotive parts).

Melissa holds a BS degree in Accounting from Wright State University and is currently pursuing her MBA at University of Dayton (2023).  She is also a certified Public Accountant (CPA) and thoroughly trained in Kaizen/Lean manufacturing principles.

Melissa lives in Brookville, Ohio with her husband, Jeet and their four sons.
